*Items needed in order to start the Application Review Process (these items can be scanned and emailed or photos can be sent via text)
- Completed application for every prospective adult tenant.
- Copy of last 2 months pay stubs
- Copy of driver’s licenses
- Current email address
- Once all the applications and supporting documents are submitted, a fee for each adult applicant is required to complete the review process.

- Completed application for Guarantor (can be Parents or a Relative)
*General Qualification Requirements
- Good credit
- Household income must be 3x the monthly rent
- No past evictions within the last 7 years
- No past bankruptcies within the last 7 years
